As a Sales Manager at DeepAura Innovations, you’ll oversee one of our retail event locations, leading a team to deliver outstanding results for our telecommunications partners. Your day-to-day responsibilities include managing event setup and execution, monitoring performance metrics, and providing real-time coaching to entry-level team members. You’ll ensure sales targets are met while maintaining brand standards and delivering a consistent customer experience. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential, as you’ll serve as the primary point of contact among your team, store leadership, and internal management.
